What to include when you write
- Roughly where the property is. Travel is a real factor for Reno and Yerington jobs, and we'd rather be upfront than surprise you.
- Approximate size of the area. Paces are fine. "About 20 by 30 feet" tells us more than "a patio".
- Photos, if you have them. Especially of anything wet, sinking or leaning. A photo taken during a storm or a melt is worth more than any description.
- Your timeline. Whether you need it done this season or you're planning for next year changes our advice.
- Access. If the back yard is only reachable through a narrow gate, tell us — it genuinely changes the labor.
When to call instead
The form is best for project enquiries where a bit of detail helps. Pick up the phone if:
- Water is actively running somewhere it shouldn't be. Irrigation leaks cost money every hour.
- A wall has moved noticeably, or something looks unsafe.
- You just want a quick answer to one question. That's a two-minute call, not a form.
