Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our estimate form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in and any project details you choose to share. Our server also records the IP address a submission came from, which we use solely to limit spam.

We don't use advertising pixels, and nothing you type into the estimate form is ever sent to an analytics service.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they found us, so we can make the site more useful. It sets cookies and collects information like the pages you view, the type of device and browser you're using and your approximate region. It does not see anything you type into the estimate form.

Analytics only runs if you allow it in the cookie banner on your first visit. You can change your mind at any time via Cookie settings in the footer — declining also removes any analytics cookies that were already set.

Google explains what it collects in its own privacy policy, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate and carry out work you ask us to do. That's it. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them for the job and our business records. If you'd like your details removed, call us and we'll delete them.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are stored outside the publicly accessible part of our server. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as payment details through the form.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies once you leave ours. We're not responsible for their practices.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
